My progress!
This before is one of the only body shots I could find from the time. Trust me, I was not happy with with what I was hiding under all of that shareware and fabric. 
I’m so proud of the progress I’ve made but I’m not done yet :)

Another one of my absolute favourite protein shakes!
Banana Chai 
Ingredients:
1/2 coconut milk
1 cup water
1 large frozen banana
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp cardamom
1/4 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Directions:
Blend everything in your blender until a milkshake consistency has been achieved!
